Please ensure you have the following documents ready for the admission process:

  • Previous Marks Card (Original & Xerox)
  • Ration Card (Photocopy)
  • Aadhar Card (Student)
  • Bank Passbook (Student)
  • Passport Size Photographs (4 Nos.)
  • Father's / Guardian's Aadhar Card
  • Father's / Guardian's Photograph
Important Note: All documents should be clearly legible. Original documents may be required for on-spot verification at the time of form submission.
