Ummer Computers is a trusted and leading digital service center located in Manzgam, D.H. Pora, Kulgam, Jammu & Kashmir, proudly serving the community since 18 Jan 2021. We are a Government Touch Point CSC (Common Service Centre) and an authorized CSC at BDO Office Manzgam, committed to delivering reliable and efficient public and digital services.

Our main branch is situated at Hospital Road, Manzgam, with additional service points at BDO Office Manzgam and our sub-branch located opposite Higher Secondary School Manzgam (Zuhaan Computers), ensuring easy accessibility for everyone. Alongside our service centers, we also operate a full computer training institute at Hella Complex, Nehama, where we provide various computer courses and digital education to empower the youth.

From the very beginning, our mission has been to ensure that people do not need to visit government offices repeatedly, and instead receive all essential services smoothly and efficiently at one place. With the trust and support of thousands of customers, we have achieved significant milestones, including successfully completing more than 6000+ domicile certificates, 200+ category certificates, and over 3000+ PAN cards, making us one of the top PAN service providers in the district.

We have also registered 2000+ crop insurance cases, generated more than 4000+ e-Shram cards, issued 1000+ PM Maandhan cards, and helped approximately 2000+ beneficiaries—including old age, widowed, and disabled individuals—secure their monthly pensions.

We actively deal with multiple departments such as Revenue, Agriculture, Horticulture, Labour, and Block offices, offering services like attestation of mutation, land record assistance, PM Kisan registration, subsidies, crop insurance, labour cards with a 99% success rate, birth certificates, and various other government schemes. We are also dedicated to supporting students by assisting them with scholarship applications and helping them successfully withdraw their benefits.
